an itemized breakdown of costs

Measurements and plan drafting: measurement and survey of current state plans.
Renovation advice: guidance in the selection of construction materials, finishes, and reference images.
Preliminary project: explanatory report, current plan survey, renovation distribution plans (floor plans and elevations), images, and samples.
Interior Design Project: quality report, partial measurements, renovated distribution plans, dimensions, flooring, ceilings, electricity, carpentry, and furniture; dimensioned renovated elevations, details, images, and samples of renovated state.
Site visits: includes travel to the site, preparation of a report per visit, meetings with the property owner, and visits to suppliers involved in the project. Construction work is considered until completion.
Order management: processing and tracking of orders from contracting to coordination in delivery and installation.
Turnkey: includes complete equipment of the home or business. Furniture, lighting, upholstery, Barker, bathroom accessories, and kitchenware if required.
